India has never been kind to me. Ever since I can remember, I’ve always gotten sick on trips to India. From heat exhaustion to bloody noses to intestinal bugs to to twisted ankles to respiratory infections, no amount of precaution (or lack thereof) has ever helped. I will never be immune to India (the upside is that I’m immune to the rest of the world).
This last trip was no exception, except that I got sick twice. But until the last day, when exhaustion finally had its way, I wasn’t going to let anything prevent me from having the full experience of two weeks in the snow-capped mountains of the Himalaya. It was amazing. Pictures coming soon.
